What Hiignite is

Hiignite is software that personal trainers use to deliver coaching to their clients. We provide the tools — programs, workout tracking, form-check review, messaging and billing. We do not provide the coaching itself.

Your coaching relationship is with your trainer, not with us. They set your program, review your form, and decide what you are charged.

Accounts

Clients join by invitation from their trainer. Keep your login to yourself — anyone with access to your email or password can reach your account.

You must be at least 16 to use Hiignite.

Payments

When you pay for coaching, you are paying your trainer for services they deliver in the real world. Hiignite passes the payment through; we are not the provider of the coaching.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices, schedules and refunds are set by your trainer — talk to them first about anything to do with what you were charged.

If you set up recurring billing, it continues until you or your trainer cancels it.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload, including form-check videos and messages. You grant us permission to store and process it only so we can provide the service — for example, so your trainer can watch a video you sent them.

Do not upload anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to share.

Storage limits

Each trainer's plan comes with a storage limit, which covers the form-check videos their clients send them. While a trainer is at or over that limit, new uploads are refused — including clients' form checks — until they free up space or add storage.

If a trainer's storage stays over their plan's limit for 30 days (for example after a storage pack is removed or a paid plan ends), we delete the oldest client form-check videos, and the trainer's reviews of them, until the account is back within its limit. We email the trainer before this happens. Programs, the trainer's own media library, logos and exercise videos are never deleted this way.

Health and safety

Hiignite is not a medical service and nothing in the app is medical advice. Exercise carries risk. Talk to a doctor before starting a new program, and stop if something hurts.

You are responsible for training safely and within your own limits.

AI assistants

Trainers can connect Hiignite to an AI assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude to draft programs and save them to their account. The assistant is provided by its own maker under its own terms; we are not responsible for it or for what it writes.

A program drafted with an assistant is a draft. The trainer who saves and assigns it is responsible for it being right for the client, exactly as for a program they wrote by hand. Hiignite does not check programs for safety or suitability.

A connection can be removed at any time from the assistant's settings.

Availability

We aim to keep Hiignite running but cannot promise it will never be unavailable. We may change or discontinue features, and will give notice where a change materially affects you.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. Deletion is permanent.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is used to harm others.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the acts of a trainer using the platform. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
