Deleting your Hiignite account

Delete it yourself, in the app

Open the Hiignite app, go to the Profile tab, and choose Delete account. You will be asked to type your email address to confirm, and to enter your password if your account has one.

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

If you can't reach the app

Email privacy@hiignite.com from the address your account uses and ask us to delete it. We will confirm and delete the account, and respond within one month.

What is deleted

Deleting your account removes:

• Your profile and login
• Your training programs and assignments
• Your workout history, sessions and logged sets
• Your form-check videos and images, including the stored files
• Your messages with your trainer
• Any recurring billing arrangement, which is cancelled at the same time

What is kept, and why

Records of payments you have already made stay in your trainer's accounts, because tax and accounting law requires them to be retained. We keep only the amount, currency, date and status, and remove the link to you — the retained record no longer identifies you.

We also keep a log that an email was sent to you, with your address replaced by a placeholder, so delivery problems remain diagnosable without holding your address.

Nothing else is retained.

Trainer accounts

Trainers cannot delete their account from the app. A trainer's account is the parent of every program, workout and record belonging to the clients they coach, so deleting it would erase other people's data too.
